I had a fantastic stay with a beautiful room size that provided ample space for my things, making it easy to explore the nearby St Nikolai Memorial and the scenic parks just a short walk away, which I truly appreciated after busy days of city strolling.

Had an awesome time with my friends at this hotel! We explored the Miniatur Wunderland and took a boat tour. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and that tea corner was a fun touch. Super clean rooms with an amazing view. Location is spot on, just a quick walk to shops and restaurants!

The only downside was the pillows. they were lumpy and not very comfy. I wasn’t expecting that kind of quality.

We stayed in a Junior Suite and were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, which worked well for our large family. The kids enjoyed the comfortable beds and we appreciated being close to the beautiful waterfront, making evening walks enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve by offering more family-friendly activities or amenities to keep the kids entertained throughout our stay.

The location was perfect right near all the main attractions so we walked everywhere and the room was large and clean which really surprised me given the price I paid for two nights

My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a super rain shower that was a real highlight. Breakfast offered a great variety, ensuring I started each day off right. However, the pillows were a bit lumpy and could use improvement.

The room was spacious with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. The beds were comfy with feather pillows and soft linens. Enjoyed fantastic breakfast with freshly baked croissants and fresh juices. The fitness center was great. The sauna added a nice touch to relax after a long day. Very clean and modern amenities throughout.

This was just an optimal selection for a passing visit in Hamburg with high value for money. The staff promptly informed us when our room was ready earlier than expected. Make use of the luggage storage if you arrive before check-in time.
